About Us
A warm, professional psychology center committed to your emotional well-being
Our story
Ros Psicología was born from Isabel Ros's commitment to emotional health and therapeutic support from a close, professional and human perspective. With more than 15 years of experience and specialized training in trauma, attachment and EMDR, her path has been shaped by a deep vocation to help. She began her practice with adults and later specialized in children and adolescents, broadening her understanding of emotional development.
Today, alongside María Adrados, we form a team committed to offering a safe, quality space where each person can understand themselves, care for themselves and move forward in their well-being.
Our approach
We work from an integrative therapy approach, grounded in scientific evidence and adapted to each person's needs—we understand that every story and every way of coping with distress is unique.
Our model draws on Attachment Theory, Systemic Therapy and trauma-informed frameworks, integrating tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy and third-wave therapies. Within this approach, neuroaffective regulation of primary emotional systems supports connection with emotions, bodily sensations and inner experiences, facilitating processing.
We use specialized techniques such as EMDR, sandtray, clinical hypnosis and work with inner parts (inner child), addressing emotional hurt in depth and fostering resilience.
Our goal is to accompany each person through a process of understanding, repair and growth.

Isabel Ros Ajo
“Self-awareness is the cornerstone of emotional intelligence.”— Daniel Goleman
Director and founder of Ros Psicología. My therapeutic approach focuses on accompanying each person in a deep process of self-awareness. Understanding how our attachment systems work—and how they shape how we manage stress and relate day to day—is a key doorway to well-being. Knowing yourself is the first step toward caring for yourself consciously.
The therapeutic process aims to identify and understand emotional pain from a safe space, working toward repair and building a solid inner foundation so you can face difficulties with greater balance.
Along this path, we seek not only to relieve distress but also to strengthen resilience, helping each person reconnect with their resources and build a life with greater meaning, stability and authenticity.
